دوره راهبری مراکز Alcatel Omni PCX Enterprise 1 که به مدت 24 ساعت برگزار خواهد شد سعی بر این دارد تا دانشجوی محترم پس از دوره بتواند انواع مراکز آلکاتل بر پایه VOIP را شناخته و همچنین نباز های ابتدایی مرکز تلفن، مشترکین و ترانکهای مرکز تلفن آلکاتل را مرتفع نماید.
